Business on Purpose

You might not know this, but we recently gutted our website. It’s been a project that has been nibbling at the edges of our business for a while, and we just recently put the time and effort into rebuilding it to make more sense of what we do in the grand scheme of things.

Does it make more sense in the grand scheme of things? Yes. Sure. Of course it does. The Grand Scheme of things is actually pretty big, so why not take the time to make sure our little slice of awesomeness fits into it?

With that, welcome to the first blog post of Make More Creative — a creative agency helping you share your story with the world.

See? That’s it, isn’t it? The grand scheme of things wasn’t that big after all. And here we were, all worried that it wouldn’t fit into it all nice and neat or that it would be a disaster. It’s fine.

A creative agency helping companies share their stories with the world.

“What’s a creative agency” is a question that we get asked often, and there are varying degrees of answers. One answer tends to lead to more questions, followed by more answers that bring about more questions, and before you know it, we’re having a conversation about the spurious origins of the humble manatee.

For example, what are the origins of the humble manatee, and why are they spurious (the origins, not the manatee)? If we had a nickel for every time we “got into it” about manatees, we’d be rich beyond measure, but I digress.

Our company works with entrepreneurs, artists, and businesses to help share their purpose with the world. We champion that purpose and infuse it into each brand and campaign, building and releasing focused stories into the world so that people don’t just see or hear about what you do; they feel it and understand deeply why you do it.

We are a “brand first” company: Yes, your business is important, but it is what you do. Your brand is why you do it, and in the grand scheme of things, that is the most important thing of all.
